I would take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Pocket friendly vacations, and especially Mr. Deepak. I had a trip to Maldives, when the pandemic just started ,we left it halfway and came back to India with Mr Deepak’s guidance ,as the virus was going aggressive. The pocket friendly team and Mr. Deepak with his vigorous personal assistance throughout, irrespective of the lockdown down were finally able to provide me with the refund for the incompleteness. It took time,but I must say their positivity and sense of customer handling kept me believing that my money is safe and will be refunded as soon as possible.
